Varyn Ltd develops and operates software products. Each product may have additional terms specific to its function, which will be presented within the product itself.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must keep your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide
• You must not use our products for any unlawful purpose

4. Availability

We aim to keep our products available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varyn Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in our products, including their design, code, and branding, are owned by Varyn Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our products.

7. Account termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. On termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
